考研復試中老師哪些行為讓你覺得穩(wěn)了？

或許是復試完過后某位導師直接打電話或者加微信搶人？

亦或是你在復試中說出那句“我要讀博”后，導師們綻放出開心的笑容？

但這些情況畢竟都占少數(shù)，俗話說得好“打鐵還需自身硬”，以下的復試攻略請收好！

一、復試中需注意的事項

1.穿著要得體，舉止要文雅

復試的穿著打扮千萬不要以“我認為好看”為標準，

染發(fā)、紋身、奇裝異服、濃妝艷抹，堅決say no?。?/font>

記住導師需要的是搞科研的talent！并不需要來學校走秀的model！

2.自我介紹與簡歷內容重合度不宜太高

海文君可看過太多人自我介紹的時候又把簡歷上的內容給導師背一遍。

這可是自我介紹中的大忌?。。?！

既然給了導師簡歷，為何還要重復一遍簡歷上的內容呢？

導師希望看到的是即將成為研究生的你，具備什么科研能力，發(fā)過幾篇文章，本科的成績（專業(yè)課）成績如何，而不是我來自哪里，歡迎導師們來玩，我大學參加了很多個社團......

3.回答不要假！大！空！給導師畫大餅

導師：能說一下你的讀研規(guī)劃嘛？

你：好好學習，好好做實驗，爭取發(fā)論文，最后找個好工作，放心吧導師，研究生期間我一定能成為你有史以來最好的弟子......

大錯特錯?。。。?/span>

首先你的回答需要有邏輯性，比如研一我準備......，研二我準備......，研三我準備......。其次還要給自己留有回旋的余地，比如，如果研三導師想讓自己繼續(xù)讀博，自己也有強烈的意愿繼續(xù)讀書，我定會毫不猶豫地選擇讀博。

4.不能不懂裝懂

切記，如果遇到自己不懂的問題，

優(yōu)先選擇道歉！

要實事求是地說，自己對這方面的研讀尚淺（千萬別說沒有復習到），如果知道其中任意一個觀點，可就一個觀點展開說；若啥都不知道，就別扯得天花亂墜，臺下坐的都是業(yè)內大佬，一眼就能看出你這人老實不老實。

記住！啥都不知道，委婉道歉就行??！

5.回答不能毫無情商

導師：你為什么選擇我們學校？

我：因為這個學校比較好考，太好的學校我考不上......

這不是大型社死現(xiàn)場嗎？？

這樣說相當于你變相指著下面各位導師的鼻子說道：“你們不行！”

正確的回答方式應該是：先夸專業(yè)在全國排名靠前、再夸學校學風好，環(huán)境好，宿舍好，食堂好吃、最后夸導師，夸學院。（此處最好去學院官網(wǎng)了解各位老師基本信息）

反正問到這個問題，一頓夸就完事（但馬屁也不要拍得太過，注意把握分寸?。?/span>

6.不要講“你以為的笑話”

導師：請問你有什么特長呢？

你：我腿特長?。。?！

你以為導師會笑得人仰馬翻？

那你就大錯特錯了?。?/span>

這個問題導師并不是想真的了解你的興趣愛好。

而是想通過你的興趣愛好，了解你的性格與為人處世。

比如：我的愛好是打籃球，曾經(jīng)是院籃球隊隊長，帶領球隊拿過全校籃球比賽的第三名，再說一下自己是怎么團結球隊，怎么以弱勝強的！

舉這個例子

是讓導師看重你帶領團隊的能力，和像團隊凝聚劑一樣的優(yōu)秀特性。

而不是看重你會打籃球.......

7.別吹自己牛

你牛，導師比你更?！?/span>

復試現(xiàn)場想表達自己的優(yōu)秀，可以寫在簡歷上，

導師沒問，就別一直吹自己吹得天花亂墜，

導師感興趣，會問，

沒問，也不代表對你沒有興趣，導師有眼睛，看得見！

記??！牛的人往往更謙虛！
